$1000 per add'l Bldg (Dtch - Gar etc.), additional Levels (2 Story)

General Service Terms

Interior livable areas, rooms, closets, halls, kitchen & baths (ceilings, walls, doors).

Exterior walls, eves, doors, trim and fascia boards, pressure washed and painted.

Areas to be dust, mildew, cracks, loose material, nails, defects & furniture free.

Color(s), buyer's choice. Paint & Brand by servicer unless otherwise requested. 

Completion of work usually 1 day per bed, ie 1 bdrm 1 day, 4 bdrm home 4 days.

Payment is made onsite, online or by mail after completion.
